Submissions are selected based on what the artist feels they are the best fit for as far as content and style. If you are selected, it will be to tattoo the idea you proposed. If you decide you want to substantially change your idea, you will need to wait to submit your new idea the next time books are open.

We select clients based on what ideas are the best fit for each artist, style and content-wise. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we can't guarantee booking, but we book as many people as we possibly can each time. If you've submitted several times and haven't heard back, we promise it isn't personal, and we will always keep doing what we can to get people in!
I understand that if I am selected to get a tattoo, I will need to put down a $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR) deposit to hold my appointment space. The deposit will go toward the cost of my final appointment. It is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to any other artist in our shop.

In the event that I cancel my appointment, I understand that I will forfeit my deposit. If I need to reschedule my appointment, my deposit will be transferred unless I give the shop less than 48 hours notice. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited and I will need to leave a new one to get back into the calendar. This includes, but is not limited to, any kind of illness or family emergency, car/transportation issues, childcare issues, pet illness or financial crisis. In the event that I need to cancel my appointment due to pregnancy, I will need to make a new deposit when I am ready to get tattooed again.
